The Diamond Treaty

To all those who shall read this, Greetings.

We, the gathered organizations and signatories to this agreement, do hereby outline the terms by which peace shall be established between us, on this day, January 18, 2008. The terms of peace shall be maintained by all organizations placing their seal hereupon according to these agreements:

Article I: The Liaison

One Qualified individual who meets the prerequisites for membership with both Fiat NOX and Yellow One may be considered for the position of “Fiat NOX / Yellow One Liaison”. It will be the official duty of this individual to use resources made available to him by both organizations and of his own property to further the best interests of both organizations, not one more or less than the other in accordance with high moral and ethical value.

Article II: Conditions for the Sharing of Information

The sharing of information between said organizations should be limited to information that can assist one another in furthering the preservation of operational integrity, and co-operative ventures, should any ever take place.

Article III: Proprietary Research Works and Operations

There are no restrictions placed on either organization which inhibits the proprietary research, works and operations of that organization, so long as the action does not hinder or inhibit the actions of each organization.

Article IV:  Preventing Aggression

If at any future time, the terms and conditions of this treaty become outdated or inappropriate, the Articles of this, The Diamond Treaty, may be reworked or disavowed by senior leadership in either organization. The indefinite cessation of correspondence should always be opted for in place of aggression.
